
Dott.ssa Lucia Grosso
Dr. Lucia Grosso is a highly experienced physician with a distinguished career in the Italian National Health Service, primarily focused on Emergency Medicine. She graduated with honors in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and later specialized in Internal Medicine, building a strong and multidisciplinary clinical background.
Since 2004, she has served as a First-Level Medical Director at the Level II Emergency Department (DEA) of San Camillo-Forlanini Hospital in Rome, where she also holds the role of Team Leader with a high-specialization appointment. Her earlier positions in various Roman hospitals included responsibilities in emergency departments and addiction services (SERT), further enhancing her expertise in urgent and acute care.
Dr. Grosso has actively contributed to the development of important Clinical Pathways (PDTA) within her healthcare organization, including protocols for ischemic chest pain and heart failure, demonstrating a commitment to optimizing patient care in high-pressure settings.
